HI Hal,

I'll bet you have a sraight forward simple answer for this one.
Computer at work runs XP
Computer at home runs Vista..

Can I operated from an external hard drive so I have Morning Flight with me when needed?

(ps.Attachment shows error message when I attempted to start MFlightG.exe from external hard drive)

thanks again,
Arthur David

Hi Arthur,

Don't know how straightforward and simple my answer will be, but I'm sure the instructions for running MF off a flash drive will work equally well for an external hard drive:

Access Denied (error 5) usually happens when the file has already been opened for exclusive access, or because you do not have network rights to open the file. It can also be caused by insufficient disk space (not likely in this case). My first guess would be a conflict with Vista. Do you have MF installed on your home desktop, or just on the external drive?
